This number can be found on the aluminum trim of the Smartop on the back side.
It’s a very well built cover, easy to open and close my 10 year old daughter can open it by herself with ease. It made in the USA and is very eye appealing to look and and once up and open it nice and thin.
Purchased a Smartop cover for our Trainer-19 swim spa and I believe this is the best cover on the market. Slim, light, strong, excellent thermal seal, good-looking, and easy to operate. On top of the product quality, the company’s service is amazing.

Purchased the smartop through our Bullfrog dealer for our new swim spa. Could not be happier with this top. Looks fantastic and operates great. The techs from Bullfrog did an awesome job installing. Love the Vanishing Xl as it drops down so low it does not obstruct any views.

Great cover. We live on the bluff with high winds from time to time. After going through 2 others in the last few years getting shredded in the wind, this cover doesn’t even move.. Super easy to open, close and latch down. Hose off to clean…. great product.
Great cover, nice design, and lightweight. The mechanisms that support opening/closing are very well made. Once installed it fit perfectly and closes tight to keep in the heat. The cover is extremely sturdy and solid and while it cost more than the standard tops, it’s well worth the money in the long run – The standard tops only last a handful of years before they become waterlogged and unusable.

The cover works GREAT compared to regular covers – easy to lift. PLUS GREAT GREAT SERVICE – we are in Canada, had a cool weather sealing problem due to the design of Arctic Spa (blank spots for speakers) – one phone call they’ve sent a sealing kit and foam – even though, the issue isn’t even theirs, its the hot tub manufacturer!! I’m also looking forward to never having a water logged cover (ours never made it past 8 months)

Purchased the cover in October 2023. After 6 months it is still performs as well as it did when new. No sagging, no water build up. It is easy to fold back and replace.

I wanted to compliment Leslea Warnock at Smartop! Great Customer Support and follow thru. We have owned many of the “Foam Hot Tub Tops” and the Smartop is a world above. We only had a issue after 9 mo. of the foam insert covering the hinge coming out and Leslea told us how to submit for a new insert under warranty and gave easy to follow instructions on how we could replace it ourselves. Great Top, Great Customer Support!
I inherited my hot tub and it came with the smart cover. It has been wonderful! When we first got our tub we had it worked on and the repair man explained what a good cover it was.At the time we didn’t recognize it for what it was, but we have since. We have had our tub for 2 years and the cover is great.It does a great job at retaining the heat and it is very easy to open and close. About 6 months ago I notices the hinge covering in the middle was wearing out. I reached out to Leslea at Smarttop and she sent me new parts, free of charge to fix it. She was so responsive and wonderful to work with. During the process of fixing the hinge cover I miss calculated the width and the cover kept slipping, I was able to send Smarttop pictures and they helped me trouble shoot the problem and sent me out another part for free to fix it. They are an amazing company to work with. Smarttop is guaranteed for life and they are true to that promise.
